Learning the Art of
Mind Watching
|
Using Lesson 31 as a backdrop, Jeffrey and Jason explore Jesus instructions for mind watching in the workbook. This session describes the process of learning the "Art of Mind Watching", common pitfalls and how to use the lessons and the instructions to their maximum potential. This session sheds light on common misunderstandings of what “mind watching” is and helps seekers make the shift from overly analytical, critical (egoic) mind watching to a whole perspective of true mind watching with the Holy Spirit. Anyone who finds that there is a tendency to try to force the awakening, or experiences a general lack of trust in the Holy Spirit or has confusion on how to use the lessons and how to apply mind-watching will find the answers in this session helpful. 1hour. 68.2MB |

Jeffrey and two students of a Course in Miracles came together, during our 2006 trip California, to go deeply into the section in the chapter of the text called 'Self Concept vs Self'. This dialogue is 1hr 45 mins. |
|
This session focuses on the Healed Relationship Section of the text in A Course in Miracles. It describes the process of healing which can seem turbulent in the initial stages. As a new goal of holiness is replaced for the old ego goal of specialness, disjunctive feelings and raw emotions can rise to the surface of awareness. Keep the goal of the Holy Spirit in mind and have faith that a new way is being revealed. Gentleness is key. This dialogue will be especially helpful for those who are serious about making the transition to applying the Holy Spirit’s purpose of forgiveness to all aspects of their lives. Those who have experienced the healing process as unsettling may find this dialogue a source of reassurance.
